Free Raffle - Pacific Coast Sportfishing Show 2026
1. Sponsor
Catch Sportfishing, San Diego, CA
2. Eligibility
Open to all legal residents of the United States. Participants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to enter and receive promotional communications. Employees of Catch Sportfishing and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
March 19-22, 2026 (during the Pacific Coast Sportfishing Show at Del Mar Fairgrounds, San Diego, CA). Entries may also be accepted online during this period.
4. How to Enter
Complete the official entry form with valid first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
6. Prize
One (1) half-day charter fishing trip with Catch Sportfishing, San Diego, CA. Winner is responsible for fuel costs for the charter. Approximate retail value varies by trip type. Trip date subject to availability and scheduling with Catch Sportfishing. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Winner is responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses not explicitly included.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about March 24, 2026. Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
8. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on Catch Sportfishing's official Instagram (@catch_sportfishing) and Facebook pages.
9. Verification
The selected winner may be required to verify eligibility. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the drawing, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Consent to Communications
By entering, participants agree to receive promotional communications from Catch Sportfishing via email. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through this sweepstakes will be used by Catch Sportfishing for sweepstakes administration and promotional communications only. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Catch Sportfishing is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions. By entering, participants release Catch Sportfishing from any and all liability related to this sweepstakes.
13. General
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
